The People Behind Catalyst
Making us who we are.
Catalyst wasn’t born overnight. With the help of the following three organizations and people, Catalyst is able to be the innovative working space it set out to be.
Koelbel and Company
Denver’s innovative commercial real estate firm.
Since 1952, Koelbel has developed award-winning places to live, work and shop throughout Colorado. Our traditional office, retail, and mixed-use projects lead the way, setting the standards others follow. We were one of the first to venture into collaborative office spaces, embracing the evolution of workplace culture. Catalyst is Colorado’s first WELL core-shell building. This agile thinking has earned us accolades from consumers, architects, realtors, partners, and, most importantly, tenants.
The vision for Catalyst was created in concert with Mike Biselli, who is part of the building’s ownership team.

Mike Biselli
Pioneering Health-Tech
During his tenure with several industry-leading medical device companies, Mike Biselli quickly recognized the potential of health technology to significantly improve medical outcomes and decrease waste and decided to join the growing movement of entrepreneurs, technologists, and clinicians who were reimagining healthcare through health-tech innovation. Mike was an integral part of the team that built Catalyst and developed the industry integrator concept, a new feature of the innovation economy that allows the healthcare industry to be integrated at the point of innovation by physically housing an entire ecosystem in a single location.
